BK11 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and BK11 ("BK11," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing bk11.cash, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

BK11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the BK11 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

If you are accessing BK11 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, you accept personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. BK11 does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gaming may be restricted.

To register a BK11 account, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a real individual acting in your own name — corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• You must not already hold another BK11 account — only one account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that BK11 participates in.

BK11 will conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as required. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie, or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

BK11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts that are found to have been registered using false information will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

BK11 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by BK11 and there are no platform-side fees charged on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted on BK11:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless BK11 support has approved an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. BK11 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on your payment account must match the name on your BK11 account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. BK11 reserves the right to request identity documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a standard compliance requirement and not a reflection on any individual player's standing.

BK11 does not impose a platform withdrawal fee. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges for receiving funds, which are outside BK11's control. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable rates.

BK11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions that apply across all BK11 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts upon meeting the stated deposit or activity trigger.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than virtual sports or slots. Contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being closed and bonus funds cancelled.
• BK11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will have their existing bonus honoured at the original terms.

All games available on the BK11 platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers. Each game operates under its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The outcome of every game is determined by the provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for RNG games, or by genuine physical events for live dealer games.

BK11 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game in the platform library. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return across a statistically significant number of rounds and are not a guarantee of any individual session result. Players acknowledge that outcomes in individual sessions may deviate significantly from the published RTP.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, game freeze or server error — the following general rules apply:

• If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any stake placed for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• If the fault occurs after the outcome has been determined but before it has been credited, BK11 will credit the correct result based on its server records.
• BK11 game history, accessible from the player's account, serves as the authoritative record of all rounds played and their outcomes.

BK11 reserves the right to void bets and reverse payouts in cases where an obvious software error has caused an incorrect outcome or payout. This includes instances where a game displays an incorrect RTP due to a provider-side bug.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BK11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering with false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits or previous suspensions.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with BK11 games or systems in a way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game offered on BK11.
• Colluding with other players in live or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity through BK11.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith after genuine gaming activity has taken place.
• Sharing your BK11 account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing BK11 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

BK11 works actively with payment providers and regulatory bodies to identify and report fraudulent activity. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct should be aware that BK11 maintains detailed transaction and session records that can be provided to relevant authorities upon request.

BK11 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to: suspected identity fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended under suspicion of a breach of these Terms, BK11 will conduct an internal review before making a final decision. During the review period, access to the account and any withdrawal requests may be frozen. BK11 aims to complete account reviews within 10 business days.

If an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, BK11 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, pending bonuses and any winnings derived from betting that involved the breach. Real money deposits not associated with the breach will be returned to the player's payment method after any legally required due diligence is completed.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting BK11 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority — see Section 9 for details.

BK11 collects personal data as part of the registration, KYC verification and account management process. The types of data collected include your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and gaming activity records. This data is collected and processed in accordance with BK11's Privacy Policy, which is available at bk11.cash/privacy-policy.

BK11 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. All data is stored securely with appropriate encryption and access controls in place.

By registering on BK11, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by BK11, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require BK11 to retain certain records.

BK11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available from within your BK11 account at any time and take effect immediately upon being set:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your BK11 account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further bets will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to appear after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Cool-Off Period: Pause your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. Once active, BK11 will close your account and you will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months.

BK11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BK11 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, no warranty — express or implied — is provided regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game displays, or the compatibility of BK11 with any specific device or connection.

BK11's total liability to any player for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action including breach of contract, negligence and any other claim.

BK11 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Disruption caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages outside BK11's direct control.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms limits BK11's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

BK11 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BK11 will notify registered players via email or an in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments such as clarifications, formatting updates or corrections to typographical errors may be made without advance notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of BK11 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using BK11 and request account closure before the update takes effect.

For formal disputes, the process is as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to support@bk11.cash with your account username, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
2. BK11 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with BK11's response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body for the platform's operating jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BK11's operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of BK11 shall be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
